The Brief

A photography studio, located in Paris, is seeking a new editorial-style website to showcase its portfolio and attract a luxury clientele for its destination photoshoot experiences.

Atelier is a concept project with pre-established brand guidelines and visual assets.

Challenge

The goal is to leverage Squarespace's built-in features with minimal coding, creating a responsive website that showcases the client’s diverse portfolio and generates brand awareness and leads for Atelier’s premium offerings.

Develop a multi-page website from wireframe using only essential CSS and Javascript to achieve the desired design.

Process

• Global configuration of brand color palette and typography, including a featured script font

• Build for responsiveness on common device sizes using both fluid engine and classic editor sections in Squarespace 7.1

• Intermittent testing for accessibility, including keyboard navigation, proper markup and page outline and Lighthouse report

• Page performance and SEO checks
